Custom Sorting

In custom filters, you have the option to choose the order in which employees are displayed. Simply drag and drop employees to arrange them in the desired order.

Calculation of company and employee workload

Workload display
Workload Management

Planr provides the option to display the workload control in the first row. By enabling the "Display workload control in the first row" setting in the personal preferences, users can see the percentage of workload for the staff in the first row of the Employees, Projects, and Service sections. This allows for easy and quick monitoring of the overall workload distribution and helps ensure optimal resource allocation.

Workload Overview

With a single click on the "Workload" button located in the top right corner, users can access a graphical representation of the workload. This overview provides a visual display of the workload distribution across different time periods, such as week, month, or year. Users can easily identify periods of high or low workload and make informed decisions regarding resource allocation and project planning. The graphical overview can also be exported as a PDF file for further analysis or sharing with stakeholders.

Long-term planning with temporary vacancy employees

Managing vacancies
Editing Vacancies

When managing vacancies, users can edit and modify them just like regular dispositions. The process of replacing vacancies with actual employees is straightforward. By clicking on a vacancy, a pop-up window appears, allowing users to select and assign a regular employee to the specific position. This feature ensures seamless management of vacancies and enables users to maintain an accurate and up-to-date workforce schedule.

Dispositioning Vacancies

To facilitate rough and long-term planning, users can create and disposition vacancies. Vacancies are clearly identified in the workload overview, indicating potential overload in the schedule. At a later stage, vacancies can be easily replaced with actual employees. This flexible feature allows for effective resource management and ensures a balanced workload distribution.

Daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning

Working hours

The administrator can define the company's standard working hours and adjust them at any time. planr takes "non-working hours" into account and automatically leaves them free for new dispositions. For example, a reduced working time can be entered for Fridays. If, however, a weekend is worked unscheduled, this can be manually reworked in the disposition concerned.

Enter school holidays and public holidays

Public holidays, bridge days and school holidays can be entered in planr. Simply mark the start date, select further days with CTR L or click on the last date with Shift, then select the appropriate checkbox and you are done.
