Create New Elements

Use the plus symbol "+" located next to Employees, Projects, Service, or Absences to add new elements such as projects or new employees.

Manage Dispositions

Easily manage all your dispositions via drag and drop. You can select multiple dispositions to edit simultaneously or copy entire dispositions.

Workload Display

With the workload display, you can view the current workload per week, month, or year, depending on the selected view. The workload is always displayed as a percentage on the top row. You can also access a graphical overview with a single button press, which can be exported as a PDF.

planr offers diverse filtering options to help you maintain an overview in large datasets. Create teams and assign them to projects. View the planning as a whole or at a team level. Filter work equipment, temporary employees, cost centers, and much more.

Manage Vacancies

Plan your projects in advance and easily manage vacancies. Replace them intuitively with available employees when the time comes. Vacancies are marked in the workload display, helping you avoid over- or underutilization in your company.

Manage Absences

Easily manage all types of absences with planr. Plan different types of absences, replace planned dispositions with sickness, and schedule recurring absences such as school days. New types of absences can be recorded by the administrator and planned by project leaders.

Mobile Views

planr offers different views depending on the desired level of detail. Service technicians have their own overview, and project leaders can see which other employees they are scheduled with.
